Numbers are adjectives too

Adverbs
Adverbs give you more detail about the action or adjective.
Jack climbed fast, the coat was very expensive
Comparatives & Superlatives
These are special forms of adjectives used for comparing things.
Comparatives are used to compare people and things to each other.
My fence is taller than your fence.
Superlatives state that one thing is supreme.
My fence is the tallest.
Forming comparatives and superlatives depends on the number of syllables in the word.
